The terms of using FlashFillz

These terms govern the FlashFillz service provided to business clients. By subscribing to or using FlashFillz, you agree to them. They are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

1. The service

FlashFillz is an SMS-based service that helps your business fill cancelled appointments by inviting your own opted-in waitlist and recording the results. FlashFillz sits alongside your existing booking process; it does not replace your booking system.

2. Subscriptions, trial and billing

Plans are monthly: Spark $49.99, Surge $99.99, Storm $199.99, and Strike (enterprise, custom pricing). Prices are in AUD.
We offer a two-week free trial. If you continue, your chosen plan is billed monthly via Stripe until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and future sending. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (staff, services, calendar, customer lists).
Consent: where you provide a customer list, you confirm you have a lawful basis to contact those customers, and you authorise FlashFillz to send appointment notifications on your behalf. FlashFillz enforces opt-in and honours STOP requests, but you must not use the service to send messages to people who have not consented.
You must comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and all applicable laws in your use of the service.

4. Payments and deposits

Any customer deposit or payment is made directly to you through your own payment provider. FlashFillz does not hold, process or take a cut of your customers' payments.

5. Service availability and results

We work to keep FlashFillz available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any specific number of appointments filled or amount of revenue recovered — results depend on your waitlist, your cancellations and your customers.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlashFillz is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end the service for non-payment or misuse (including sending to non-consenting recipients). You may stop using the service at any time.
